My 2 Week Trial of Member's Mark 4x Probiotics Update #DigestiveHealth #CBias

About 2 weeks ago I began my journey to a healthier me by trying Member's Mark Probiotics I purchased at my local Sam's Club.  I have been taking the Probiotics daily and have monitoring my digestive systems reaction. The first two days I did not notice much of anything difference and assumed maybe it had to be in my system to get working. Around day 4 I was having a lot of stomach discomfort and gas! But around day 6 and 7 I was feeling much better. Now towards the end of the two weeks I would say it has made my system more regular and its helping me to think more about what types of food I am putting into my body.

I have tried the yogurts, oatmeals and many other products that have probiotics in it but I can never eat the same thing day after day to get the benefits that the product claims. With this product I do like that it comes in a once a day pill that makes it super easy to take. I think if you have been struggling to balance your digestive system you should give Member's Mark 4x Probiotics from Sam's Club a try.

The site Digestive Health for Me has extra info about Member's Mark. The 4x Probiotics help maintain a healthy digestive system. Probiotics contribute to a healthy microflora and support immune system function.

As a mom on the go who often eats snacks and leftovers this did in the end help regulate my stomach. I am glad I stuck with it and tried it for the 2 weeks.
