Copycat Recipe For Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Have you ever had those golden, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits from Red Lobster restaurant?

Oh my, they are so good, and one of my favorite reasons to go there. But now I've found a recipe that creates biscuits so much like the restaurant's, I don't think I could tell them apart. The recipe is super easy to put together, and they reheat beautifully.

And they are perfect to go with a Christmas ham, or a festive dinner on New Year's Eve. Yum!!

2 cups Bisquick biscuit mix
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Stir together Bisquick mix, milk, and Cheddar Cheese until dough forms. Do not over mix.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until biscuits are golden.

Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley together in a small bowl. With a pastry brush, brush butter mixture over warm biscuits.

Makes about 10 biscuits.

Awesome! We ate there a few weeks ago and even my husband, who hates biscuits, loved these! I can't wait to make them at home!
