In our house cooking is a shared thing, although I am the primary cook in the house, my husband is the better cook. He makes up his own recipes and the always turn out so good. He has this amazing meatball recipe that I know you will LOVE! It has ground beef and sausage, the sausage makes all the difference.

Ingredients for Meatballs:

1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers
1 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 egg
Extra Virgin Olive Oil for greasing cookie sheet

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Grease cookie sheet with olive oil. Mix ground beef together with sausage. Add all other ingredients,
mix together.
Roll meat into 1 1/2 inch medium-sized meatballs. Place on greased cookie sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes, and no longer pink.

Makes 15-18 meatballs.
