Eight O'Clock Coffee Review and Giveaway Holiday Gift Guide

One of my very favorite things to review here is coffee. I really just adore coffee and I'm lucky enough to be able to drink it in the evening and still be able to go right to sleep. So last night I brewed myself a cup of Eight O'Clock Coffee and I really enjoyed it. It was the French Vanilla flavor, and as it was brewing, I couldn't help but love the aroma that was filling up the kitchen. It tasted delicious, with a sweet vanilla and caramel essence. I have also tried their Original Blend and that was also good, very smooth and full bodied.

All Eight O'Clock coffees are made from a blend of premium 100% Arabica coffee beans medium roasted. The company has been in business since 1859, with over 150 years of offering their beans and ground coffees. They currently have the enviable position of being the #1 selling whole bean coffee in America. You can find Eight O'Clock Coffee at many major supermarkets, and at most Wal-Mart Supercenters and Sam's Clubs. It is also available on their website. They offer their Original Blend, flavored, and decaffinated, available in whole beans or ground. Coffee is an easy and welcome gift, especially at the holidays. Adidas CLIMA Ride Trail Men's Shoes Holiday Gift Guide

As a wife of 10 plus years I know that men want awesome things for the holidays too. Not ties, socks or knit sweaters! Save that for Father's Day right lol. Men want nice things, Athletic Shoes being at the top of that list for many of them. Men need a great pair of athletic shoes to wear like women need tons of heels, boots and flats. Quality over quantity seems to be what most men want. I think the Holidays are the best time to get any man a pair of Athletic Shoes.

Nostalgia Electrics Retro Kettle Popcorn Maker Review and Giveaway Holiday Gift Guide

Since I am a huge popcorn fan I had to find a way to have more of it at home. I love to get it at the movies and at my favorite popcorn store in the mall but when I am at home I needed a way to have great fresh popped popcorn anytime I want it. Some people may know that I do not own a microwave, its not because I cannot afford one, its because I refuse to own one. I do not want my food nuked and for it take take an instant. I want to enjoy the process of cooking and for me I feel its safer not to own one. Even if you do have a microwave, the popcorn that comes out of there is no comparisons to fresh popped popcorn.

When I was looking for a at home popcorn maker I found Nostalgia Electrics to have some of the coolest looking popcorn machines for a reasonable price. They make smaller ones to the big cart size ones for all your popcorn popping needs. Plus they make all sorts of cool snow cone machines, cotton candy makers, ice cream machines and soooo much more! Any of their cool products would make a great gift.

Having a cool Retro Kettle Popcorn Maker just makes having popcorn so much more fun. You can have it plain or even add all sorts of awesome toppings to it. I love to toss some plain M&M's into a bowl of fresh popcorn, so good!

When I first used the Retro Kettle Popcorn Maker I must admit I burned the first batch! I did not tilt the basket correctly into place and the kettle rotating arm did not turn. Note, read instructions all the way lol! But the second batch was awesome! I loved the sound of the kernels popping and my son was yelling Oh WOW as the popcorn was popping out of the kettle and into the machine. The way fresh popcorn smells is amazing! Next week we are planning to pop some popcorn and thread it onto some cotton string to decorate the trees for the birds for Christmas. I remember doing this as a kid with my siblings when I lived in Washington. I want to create those fun memories for my son and with bags of popcorn kernels being so inexpensive it makes it easy to have lots of popcorn fun!

Since we love to watch movies at least a few nights a week, I know our Popcorn Maker will be getting plenty of use. I am hosting a Mommy party at my house next week and I will be handing out lots of popcorn for our movie. I look forward to all the fun ideas I have to make with popcorn too. I have always wanted to make caramel popcorn balls for the holidays.

Flat Iron Experts Macadamia Natural Oil Shampoo and Conditioner Review and Giveaway Holiday Gift Guide

I have always struggled with thick frizzy hair. Lions mane and Mop head have been two words that my hair has been compared to. Its a love hate relationship. Some days I love how thick and full it is and I can do any sort of style with it and it holds. But other days I hate that it takes so long to flat iron, blow dry and style. When I get it cut hair stylists love it. They comment about how they love the thickness and always recommend products to help with frizziness. I have tried product recommendations that at first work great. Oddly enough my hair seems to become immune to the defense of the product and it no longer works as it once did. Its crazy! I have done some reading about a few natural oils from nuts and seeds and wanted to try out some new products. I have the greatest flat iron that I got from Flat Iron Experts so I searched their site to see what types of shampoos and conditioners they carry.

I found the Macadamia Natural Oil Hair Care line and new I had to try it. I have heard that Macadamia oil was really good for smoothing hair and controlling frizziness. The Macadamia Natural Oil line contains macadamia oil and Argan oil to make a awesome product. I just recently stared to use Argan oil directly on my hair after flat ironing with great results. I was happy to see it was in the Shampoo and Conditioner from Macadamia hair care.

The Macadamia Natural Oil Rejuvenating Shampoo I tried was wonderful. It washed my hair but did not strip it. Some shampoos I have tried damage my hair by the harsh chemicals in them. This shampoo felt light weight and a clean but still soft feeling to it.

The Macadamia Natural Oil Deep Repair Mask is amazing! Its a conditioner that you apply a few times a week to rehydrate your hair. My dry thick frizzy heat styled hair soaked up all the natural oil goodness for awesome soft shiny locks. I was truly impressed with the huge transformation my hair took after only a little less than a week of using the products. Even when I did not wash it for a day it was still soft and silky. My hair is smoother and it lays flatter. Its awesome!

My hair smells awesome too. As a migraine suffer I have to be careful of heavily scented products and the Macadamia Oil products were a very light mellow pleasant scent. Its even much easier to flat iron my hair since its smoother and not so fluffy. I would recommend trying this Shampoo and Conditioner if you have dry or damaged hair like mine. It made a big difference.

Macadamia Natural Oil also makes a few other products like the leave in conditioner and a heat oil spray that I would love to try too.
