Fresh Baby Stainless Steel Containers Review and Giveaway Birthday Bash

Fresh Baby is a company that helps promote healthy eating habits for kids. This includes making home made food for your kids. I have made a few things for my son when he was eating baby food and now since he eats regular food it is still important that its healthy and home made. We do not own a microwave and do not use Teflon pans. We use stainless steel cookware and was excited to see Fresh Baby makes containers that are made of stainless steel. Not only for health reasons do I like stainless steel but for durability. My son stands on or tries to crush everything he sees. He has destroyed plastic containers for snacks and food.

We received the Baby Bowl and Divided Dish from the "HomeMade with Love" line. They are really durable and easy to clean. My son loves to eat cereal with milk and soups and the baby bowl was perfect for him. He did throw it a few times and thankfully since it is made of stainless steel it did not break. We often like to picnic or go to the river and the divided dish was perfect for it. It kept his meat separate from the veggies and potatoes perfectly. He seemed to like putting the food back in the correct spots when he was done but had leftovers. He loves to clean up I find that funny and great!

Hasbro Play-Doh Review Birthday Bash

Hasbro Play-Doh has sent us a ton of great products that have been keeping us quite busy! In our package came the Smashed Potatoes game, Flip 'N Serve Breakfast , The Story of The Three Little Pigs and Chuck and Friends Big Air Dare the movie. While Baby L has been getting all of these great things in the mail for his 1st birthday I was a little worried about JJ. Every time there is a delivery he wants to know who it is for. A few times it has been for him or I was able to trick him into thinking it could be for both of them. This time it was mainly for him and boy was he ECSTATIC!! Play-Doh is one of those things that we played with as kids and now my kids are playing with it. I love classic things like this, the memories come flooding back and I know that my sons are now making memories with the same great thing.

Play-Doh lets you explore, create and play without boundaries. Yes they have great kits and we love to do things like make breakfast and serve it up but also you can take the doh and make a snake or a blob and that is ok too! Play-Doh is great for the boys to have an activity to do together where I don't have to worry about JJ being bored or Baby L eating it because Play-Doh is non-toxic. Lately the big push at our house has been letters, numbers and colors. Play-Doh has so many great colors that we can talk about what color we are using and what other things in the world might be that color too.

Play-Doh is a great gift to give any child for a birthday present or even a "new baby" gift for an older sibling. Everyone loves Play-Doh no matter how old you are. You can follow Hasbro on Twitter and a Facebook fan for Play-Doh.

Hasbro has fun coloring pages and games on their website. We liked the Activity pages for Chuck & Friends  and the Play-Doh Creations pages. You can download activities and play games on the site.

Pampers Kandoo Flushable Toilet Wipes Review and Giveaway

With 2 boys in the house it seem like someone is always going to the bathroom or needing to have their hands cleaned. A product we found that can help us with all of our body cleaning needs is Pampers Kandoo Flushable Toilet Wipes and their foaming hand sanitizer. My 4 year old always wants help when he is finished going #2 (I know TMI but it is what it is, we all poop) because he doesn't feel like he can get himself clean enough. My husband and I encourage him that he is doing a great job, but the boy knows when it is just not good enough. He wants to be clean and feel fresh. Do you blame him?

We needed a solution to this and fast, he will be 5 in less than 6 months! As soon as we introduced the Kandoo wipes to him he was sold. They were not "baby wipes" like his baby brother uses, he refused those and they are not flushable anyhow. They are "big boy" toilet wipes that will thoroughly clean him and moisturize at the same time. Kandoo Flushable Wipes also come in other scents like Magic Melon, Funny Berry and Sensitive (unscented and hypoallergenic). The hand sanitizer is a handy little bottle that we can pop in the diaper bag or my purse for those emergency situations where soap and water are just not available.

Here's what they sent us. Coupons too :)

These products are a practical and affordable solution for anyone in the potty training and beyond stage. Check them out here.

Boba Baby Carrier Review Birthday Bash

The bigger the baby gets the harder it is to tote him around, it is a fact. I was struggling to carry Baby L around because I was using a baby carrier that I had received as a gift when I had JJ over 4 years ago. It was a pretty good one but over time it seemed like the fabric was stretching and not to mention Baby L is way heftier than JJ ever was! When I had Baby L in the carrier it felt like he was always tipping forward and so that meant I was leaning forward and it was killing my back. I could not carry him for long so it was driving me nuts. He is happy and content as long as someone is toting him around. I was in the market for a new carrier and wanted something that I knew was going to last. I had heard about the Boba Baby Carrier from a friend and I wanted one BAD.

The Boba Baby Carrier has saved my back and my sanity. They are designed to carry your baby or child close to you without digging into your shoulders or making you hunch over. When I first put on the Boba Carrier I was shocked at how soft the material was and how easy it was to adjust. It easily clips around your waist for so much support on your back, the fabric is wide so the support is fantastic. I just pulled up the shoulder straps, I buckle the little clip in front and we were are off! My son loved to be carried all afternoon and by the end of the day my back was not even aching, no joke. As your child gets older and their little legs start to dangle, the Carrier has foot straps attached. They just slide their little foot in like they are riding a horse. Genius I tell you!

Here is a product about Boba Baby Carriers from their web site:
  • accommodates children 15-45 lbs / 7-20 kg
  • one size fits most adults
  • front and back carry
  • Boba Organic collection made with GOTS and OE100 certified 100% organic cotton and organic Texas cotton lining
  • Boba Classic collection made with 100% natural brushed cotton
  • Instructions included
  • high density waist and shoulder strap foam
  • removable foot straps for extra leg/hip support
  • high back for better overall support
  • removable hood

Breeze

Boba Baby is also taking steps to be Eco-Friendly, and that makes this Mama happy. I love it when a company wants to make a great product and help make the Earth a little greater in the process.

Here is how they are doing that:

The introduction of our new Organic Boba Carrier made locally in Boulder, Colorado with both GOTS and OE100 certified organic cotton.
NAP, Inc. Management team's commitment to using bicycles for at least 50% of their local transportation needs. We are lucky to live in Boulder which boasts nearly 100 miles of linked bike paths within city limits.
All packaging supplies are now being recycled or donated for re-use
We are now using virtual business cards! No more wasted paper.

Organic Walnut

Now with all of the back saving and baby toting I am now doing I would like to look stylish while doing it. If I am going to be wearing this thing on the outside of my clothes A LOT, I want it to look good! The Boba Baby Carrier is not only comfortable but oh-so-stylish. They have their classic line with Twilight, Earth, Breeze and Tweet, just to name a few. They also carry an Organic line with Chestnut, Pine and Walnut.

Here is the one we chose...TWEET!!!

We chose the Tweet and I am so happy with it. I have received so many compliments and questions of "Where did you get that" that I know not only is the Boba Baby Carrier practical and comfortable, but it also is the perfect accessory to any outfit. After your cute baby of course (wink wink). I recommend everyone get a Boba Baby Carrier, your back will thank you later.

Kidzikoo Review and Giveaway

With the summer coming up right around the corner we will need to stay hydrated to beat the heat, yes even in Washington state it gets hot. lol After running around all day in the warm weather drinks can get warm and who wants to drink "pee warm" water (that's what my Mom calls it). The solution to that is the Kidzikoo , a stylish insulated bottle or sippy cup cover. Not only does the Kidzikoo keep your child's cold drink cold but it also will keep his warm bottles warm. One of my favorite things about this handy little koozie is it absorbs water and condensation. When your child lingers with that sippy cup full of water you don't have to even have to about those annoying water marks on your furniture. The fun thing about the Kidzikoo is you won't worry about who's sippy cup is who's at your next play date, you know your kids cup will be the one with the cute koozie on it. That is until everyone asks you where you got it, but not to worry they come in 5 really cute unisex prints.

Here are all of the prints to chose from!

Here is a picture of my little one enjoying his nice cold cup of water in his KIDZIKOO!

If you are still not sold on the Kidzikoo let me give you one more great fact about these beauties.... they are machine washable! Kidzikoo is a new product invented by a Mommy who came up with this idea 8 months ago and look at her now, she is running a booming business!

Keep your baby or toddler feeling "cool" all summer long and get your Kidzikoo today.
