You can get recipe ideas for your picture on the site here.

For the Super Bowl I am going to make my little guy fish tacos! I know he will love it. Then I will upload my photo to enter the contest. Or I might try the fish stick pizzas!

Be My Valentine Gourmet Gift Baskets Review and Giveaway

Be My Valentine Gift Basket

The one thing I love about Valentine's Day is all the goodies!! I remember as a kid all the great treats we would get at school. My mom always made cupcakes or cookies too. It makes sense, sweets for your sweets! As a grown up now I am way more picky about the treats I will eat. It has to be quality goodies and rich in flavors. When my Be My Valentine basket arrived from Gourmet Gift Baskets I literally jumped for joy. My husband laughed a bit and handed me the scissors to open it. I felt like a kid in my own candy store there were so many great treats in the basket. I first seen the Almond Roca, its one of my favorites so that was awesome. As I opened the basket I discovered treats I have never heard of. That is the great thing about a basket like this, the surprise treats you get that you might have not picked if you were buying them individually.

Everything tasted so fresh!

These were new to me and sooo good! My husband claimed the nut bar and me the toffee!

I LOVED the Cherry flavor of the Nutorious and the Bing Cherries were heavenly

I say forget jewelry and get your sweet heart a basket full of goodies the whole family can share. That is if you want to share!! A few other baskets I would love to have are the Toadlly Yours, with a cute stuffed frog in it and the Wild About You, with a cute stuffed monkey.

He seems to like all things raspberry!

This Dark Chocolate bar was perfect. It snapped when it broke and melted in my mouth. This one I would not share!

My favorite goodie and my son's was the Chocolate wafers! We devoured those in like 30 minutes! Normally my son isn't really all that excited about chocolate but these he tried to take the whole box from me! I have to find more of these soon.

Nu Skin Epoch Body Care Products Review

As a new mom I tend to neglect my skin more than anything. Before my son as born I took extra good care of my skin, feet and face. I would daily use a scrubbing soap, weekly do a face mask and feet therapy. That all went out the window between bottles, diapers and housework. Thankfully I had the opportunity to review the Epoch line of skin care products that are a good quality. I liked that none of the products had a strong scent.
Epoch is a line of Nu Skin products that have beneficial botanicals derived from renewable sources. I enjoyed the variety of products that were available in this line of skin care. I definitely had favorites.

The Glacial Marine Mud Mask includes zinc and sea botanical that draws out impurities, removes dead skin cells and leaves your skin super soft.

The Baobab Body Butter is luxurious. It is a smooth applying body butter that has Shea Butter and fruit from the African Baobab Tree. I loved how soft this made my body feel even at the end of the day.

The Sole Solution Foot Treatment was totally what my feet needed. I put some of this product on my feet after a shower then put on some socks. I was amazed how rehydrate they were. The product contains allspice berries that Central Americans have been using to help relieve dry cracked skin on feet and toes.

The Epoch line also has baby products. I used the Epoch Baby Hibiscus Hair and Body Wash on my son. I liked the light scent and it washed his hair thoroughly. I liked the sort of foamy consistency of the wash. It made it easier to get out enough but not too much of the product. The site says that Hibiscus flower extract helps maintain and moisturize a healthy scalp. I have noticed my sons scalp a little less dry than usual after repeated uses of the wash.

You can see the full line of Nu Skin and Epoch products on their website. The site also has a very helpful glossary of terms. I think this would be helpful for not only their products but for a quick reference on any beauty products so you can look up the definition of an ingredient.

Snuggle Puppy & Origami On The Go Book Review and Giveaway

I LOVE to read to my son. As most of my readers know I am book obsessed! But its a good thing and my son loves books just as much as me. I get the occasional book thrown at me but its sweet in a way because its his way of telling me hey pay attention and read to me! Well at least its my interpretation lol

For Valentine's Day we reviewed Snuggle Puppy by Sandra Boynton. I have to say this is one of the cutest books about expressing your love to your little one I have read so far. Its very sweet and simple with a catchy tune. The book shows a Mama puppy telling her little pup how she feels about him in a song. I have been singing it all week to my son and in my head. Its so very cute. Part of it goes "I love what you are, I love what you do, Snuggle Puppy I love you!!" The book has you sing it low then shout it as loud as you can. I simply adore it! My little guy laughs when I sing it really loud, I think partly because I act out part of it by putting my hand on my heart when I say "love" and pointing to him when I say "you". Just last night I sang it to him as I rocked him to sleep. This book is perfect for Valentine's Day for the little one you love in your life.

My Snuggle Puppy!

The other book we reviewed is Origami On The Go! I feel like this year paper is going to be a crafty low tech type of fun for families. The book comes with papers to make the animals and objects. The papers have really nice print on them. Some are giraffe pattern, peacock feathers and solid colors.  It also included stickers for eyes and mouths. The fun thing is once you learn to make the project you can use just about any paper you find. The dollar store often times has construction paper that you can use and with crayons you can draw on funny faces or other details.
I had a blast making the fortune teller. I remember making them as a kid and playing with them. I put sweet sayings in it like "Love you", "Your so handsome" and "Your so smart" that way I could play it with my little guy. We took this book in the car so we don't have pictures but I must say it came in handy. We were at the doctors office for a long wait and my son became very irritated. I took out the book picked a project and he quickly was distracted by me folding the paper and then showing him the character I had made. I made him the Greek Fish and pretended it was swimming around him. He giggled then grabbed it and kinda of smashed it. That seems to be his form of joy, to smash the things I make, its fine with me because its just paper!
