Mom Central Giveaways Yippy I Won!

I belong to the Mom Central Network. Its a great site where moms can share info and giveaways on parenting, recipes, brands you love and lots of other fun stuff. You can join the site here. I am a giveaway hunter and love to enter contest. I think my contest obsession stems from my good luck as a kid in cake walks lol I always seemed to be the kid that won, sometimes more than once in a day. I oddly have good luck with those claw games that you can get stuffed animals out of, too bad I am not that lucky with the lottery! Just recently I won from Mom Central a Sean John fragrance set that included 2 lotions and a fragrance spray in the new I am King line. It smelled wonderful! I am proof you do win stuff even if you have to enter over a hundred contests eventually you do win! Does anyone have any good stories on things you have won lately I would love to hear them. KMART Doubles Event

I wanted to try the KMART double coupon event before it was over. The event is only for Health and Beauty items. To participate you need to be a Shop Your Way Rewards member and have them scan your card before they start to ring up your items for it to work. The will double your first 5 coupons up to a $2 coupon value. Tomorrow the 10th of July 2010 is the last day if the event.
Today I was able to get 2 shampoos, 1 deodorant and 1 box of tampons all for $4.69 with tax. I used 2 $2 off coupons that doubled to $4 off twice, 1 $1.50 off that doubled to $3 off, and 1 $1 off that doubled to $2 off so a grand total of $13 off my total. The cashier seemed a little annoyed and looked at my transaction like 4 times before she gave me my total. That is the only downside to the Kmart events is they are not the friendliest company to use coupons with. My hubby wanted to get some body wash so I may go back to use my Old Spice coupons in the morning since the Old Spice is on sale.

Babies R Us/Toys R Us Members Only Sale

Babies R Us/Toys R Us is having a members only sale for Rewards R Us members on July 8. 2010. There is special coupons and discounts if you are a Rewards member. Its a great program and easy to sign up to. The nice thing is when you use your Rewards card and lose your receipt they can swipe your card for hassle free returns! Some of the other benefits are once you buy 9 boxes of Huggies or Pamper diapers the 10th one is FREE, you earn rewards bucks of $5 for every $150 you spend on qualifying purchases and one of my favorites is the certificate for one FREE American Greetings Card for every 5 you buy.
