As Disney fans in our home I love to see the older movies released on Blu-ray for my son to enjoy. I remember watching The Great Mouse Detective when I was a kid. I think detective mystery movies for kids can be a fun way for them to see logical thinking to resolve a problem while it being fun and light hearted.
