Contest Instructions

Submit your “New You” inspirational story of transformation in 250 words or less (this could be a story of weight-loss, career change, overcoming challenging circumstances or any kind of physical or life makeover). Finalists will be chosen on January 13, 2011 by the Mind Body Sole editorial team based on originality, creativity and use of the fitness theme, with equal weight being given to each criteria. The winner will be announced January 14, 2011. In the event of a tie, the winner will be the entrant with the highest score for originality, inspiration and achievement.
