Springtime Makeover Using Allegra from CVS

Ever since I moved to Northern CA I have had seasonal allergies. There is something about the valley we live in that loves to trap allergens in the region. Trees, flowers, grasses, it all makes me sneeze like crazy and have terrible itchy eyes. I love the Spring time weather I just dread each year the symptoms of my allergies. I love to garden and often times I am forced back inside due to the pollens in the air.

I end up staying inside when I should be out having fun. In the past I have taken allergy medications that just left me feeling very tired and a mental haze. I feel very out of it on days I try to go out and just "tough it out". I look terrible on top of feeling that way. I dont do my make up since eye make up ends up rubbed all over and face powder is wiped off from constantly blowing my nose, its not a fabulous look for me. Not to mention puffy red eyes!

The day I got home from shopping I was miserable. No makeup, watery itchy eyes and sneezing!

This year I told myself no more! I am not the type of person that likes to take medication. I tried local honey and lots of green tea but this year has been bad for allergies. The rainy days followed by warm sunny days has everything blooming like crazy. After hearing from a few friends about Allegra over the counter allergy medication and then finding an awesome coupon for the item I knew it was time to get the relief I deserve.

I went to my local CVS Pharmacy to shop for Allegra and some Beauty products to be able to get back to feeling and looking like myself. The allergy aisle was easy to find near the Pharmacy and had lots of products. It can be a little overwhelming with all the brands and different varieties within each brand. Thankfully Allegra had a big product info and fact sheet hanging right near the product. I found the fact sheet to be helpful in making my decision on which one to buy.

Day 1: So eager to try Allegra for relief

I have been taking Allegra for 5 days and am impressed with the results. I went from puffy itchy red eyes, sneezing runny nose, an itchy throat and feeling so exhausted by dinner time to feeling like I do not suffer from allergies. The first day there was a few sneezes and a bit of itchy eyes but nothing like previously. The second day I could go outside to play in the yard and only sneezed 3 times the whole day. By the 4th day I have not sneezed all day! Today the 5th day is Mother's Day. This is the first time in a few years that I have felt great being outside for the day. I feel clear headed, no sneezing or itchy eyes and not drowsy like some medications make you feel. I am so happy I decided to get the relief I need by using Allegra to be able to feel good enough to put on some makeup and feel fabulously beautiful.

Love to have a clean face to put on my makeup

I am so happy to be able to wear mascara again! Being able to have on lip balm is a treat since I am not constantly blowing my nose.

In May CVS shoppers can get a 30 count of Allegra for $17.99 with their CVS card. If you have a coupon its even more of a savings. No reason not to give your self the relief you need. There is also a online game. The Allergan Makeover Game where you can put in your email address for the chance to win CVS gift cards.

Now I can finally go back outside into my garden.........

.........to stop and smell the roses.

And so did Allegra!

That surprises me that they have extra in the back but wouldn't bring it forward. I wait around on the good coupon sales for Allegra because I can't afford to purchase it as much as I need to but it works so well.
